Using the tools

3MF Tools is a free set of tools that run in your browser. You may use them for personal and commercial work. Please do not try to disrupt the site or misuse its interfaces.

Your files and your rights

Files you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded. You are responsible for having the right to convert and use the models you open, including any license terms set by the model’s author or the site you downloaded it from.

Results

Conversions follow the rules described on the converter page. STL files cannot hold colors, materials or print settings, and the converter does not subtract negative parts or repair meshes, so a print from the STL may differ from the original project. Cost results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and on stated assumptions. Check important results before you rely on them.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site or its results, including failed prints, lost material or lost profit.

Trademarks

Bambu Lab, Bambu Studio, MakerWorld, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer and other product names belong to their owners. They are mentioned only to describe compatibility. 3MF Tools is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

The site uses open source software listed on the Open Source Licenses page.
